Deskripsi Pekerjaan

• Upload all bank statements, payroll reports, and supplier invoices to the system
• Record transactions and manage day-to-day accounting function (AR and AP)
• Recording transaction to Xero Program
• Indonesia tax reconciliation
• Making Commercial Invoice to Customer
• Preparing draft management accounts
• Monthly payroll Submission
• Record staff attendance and reimbursement
• Manage company inventory

Syarat Pekerjaan

• Proficiency in using Xero software
• Proficiency in using Excel Spreadsheets
• Good English Language skill, both spoken or written
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team
• Accounting Skills: Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll Processing, Financial Reporting.
• Previous experience in accounting and HR roles is a must
